Nameri National Park is located near the border of the Indian states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Situated on the banks of River Jiyabharali, the park covers an area of 200 sq km. Manas National Park

Manas National Park is a biosphere reserve situated in the North East Indian state of Assam. It covers an area of 950 sq km and has received the status of UNESCO World Heritage Site. The National Park got its name from the Manas River which flows through the heart of the forest. Manas National Park hosts a wide variety of flora and fauna. Animals like Tiger, Elephant, Indian Rhinoceros, Clouded Leopard, Golden Langur, Pygmy Hog and Hog Deer are the main attractions of this jungle. Of these the Golden Langur, Assam Roofed Turtle, Hispid Hare and Pygmy Hog are found exclusively in Manas National Park and is not found anywhere else. Kaziranga National Park

Namdapha National Park

Namdapha National Park is situated in the North East Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. The park is famous for the extremely elusive snow leopard and clouded leopard.
